- Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual basis.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- You may cancel your plan anytime from your Account Page; access remains active until the end of your paid period.
- Pricing is displayed in GBP (£) and includes VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded any digital materials.
- Once materials are accessed, your right to a full refund ends (as the service has begun).
- Refund requests must be made in writing to info@neonpropertieslondon.co.uk.
- Duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded in full.
